The staff do an excellent job of providing a fair and prompt assessment of items for consignment.
This is an excellent company. The staff is small, but works hard to satisfy customers and provides both prompt appraisals of possible consignment items and does a fine job in cataloging and promoting items at auction. I have noticed more and more diverse and exceptional items coming in for their auctions, and believe any consignor would be well served working with them.

Fun Experience

Fake pistols
Pair 19th C. Middle East or North African flintlock pistols. Pistols with wire inlayed, decorated wood stocks and crude locks and barrels. Pistols with losses to action. Measure: 16 "L THIS ITEM SHOULD HAVE BEEN LISTED AS: FAKE 'non-guns', because they are fake tourist souvenirs that are void of moving parts with a piece of pipe used as a barrel without a breech plug.

Condition issue
Asking specifically about the condition and significant damage wasn’t reported. Offer to return but not cover the shipping fee so ended up compromising by taking off the BP. It is not an expensive item but needs more professionalism in condition report.
