Bidded on an item online. The item went all the way to my highest bid. Then the item was sold to someone at the auction for the same amount as my highest bid. I questioned the auction house and was given a "run around" answer. Why would the auctioneer ask for the same bid that was already on the floor? I believe it was an honest human mistake. I did not like the "response" I was expected to believe. I would have been happy if they said they made a mistake. I would have gladly accepted an apology.

Very professional auction house. Does not do their own shipping but was very helpful in suggesting 3 possible shipping options. Have just received the items-well packaged, quick shipping.

The Hilliards are fine young men, honest and knowledgable. Would that all auctioneers had half their quality.
