A very satisfying experience.
First online auction. After figuring out how to pay for the items directly and arranging shipping with a local UPS shipper, the pens were received very quickly, well packed, and in excellent condition. The quality of the pens exceeded my expectations. Everyone at DuMouchelles was very professional and patient in addressing my questions and concerns. Overall, a first rate experience with DuMouchelles and I will bid again
