The painting was auctioned off in a prior auction as being a signed Robert Field painting, and marked sold. (The consigner bought it back, unhappy with the price. This infers shilling.) They then auctioned it off as an unidentified artist with an indecipherable signature in an attempt to make it appear that it was fresh to the market. No mention of the earlier attribution. I discovered the previous auction after my purchase. The signature was discernible, and their attempt to fool the public left me very unhappy.

They should find shipping partners who are a little more competitive. $70-$110. to ship a 6 "vase will keep me from using them.

I liked their catalog where was notified a weight of each item they were willing to ship I don't know what to say about shipping as even the sale took place on may 30th, and even my bill was $492 and I paid $537 ($45 more than asked), to cover about $20 wrapping & shipping costs indicated for USA destination. I bought a framed fan (17 "x 9") for which was stipulated that shipping was not provided, so I am still waiting for my parcel? I live in France and if this problem of shipping is solved, I would buy more often. i would like to see some flexibility, otherwise i am very satisfied with Bocca Raton... I am surprised that you didn't ask me the same question concerning my experience with Locati from Pensylvania 1425E Welsh RD? This auction house I knew through you too. At this auction house I bought 4 empty scent bottles for $151, 25. I believe they cheat and steal their clients with shipping costs, as at first I was asked to pay for shipping about $600! Than month later I got an offer of $118 (for 4 minutes packing) and over $200 for shipping (less than 900 gr! parcel) Shame! Concerning live auctioneers: It is very useful site and it is nicely made, only when I get the auction house I like, and I wish to see other similar items within their house, I get to another auction house without noticing.

Helpful people with packing and loading during pick up of items.

They are located only 23 miles from my home in Ft. Lauderdale and it was very convenient to stop by the auction house, pay for my items, and return home. I will be using them more in the future.

The sculpture's colour in the photographs were different in reality.

This transaction went very smooth. Being my first auction with live auctions I was somewhat concerned about the process. I am am very satisfied.

first of all scarf have stains that i hadnt seen on the pictures posted. it wasnt mentioned in the post either. second of all, scarfes did not come in their original boxes or never told me that there were no boxes. packings of scarves were very un professional that could have coused damage in the mail.

Item description should have mentioned the small chip on the base that was not clearly shown in the photos.

My first auction done on line. A little difficult as things moved at a faster pace than I expected. Did call the auction house couple of days before the auction. Person I talked to was helpful. I bought a small oriental carpet. Lesson i learned is when buying a carpet it would always be best to actually see the carpet. Not a big deal just my take away from the whole experience.

Hard to know where I am in the bidding process. I lost a Rolls Royce that I thought I was the highest bidder on. No warning that I was being outbid.

No good, I won the stuff, but they sold to somebody and give me disputed, then I paid two hundred something, he removed disputed.
