I won 3 garden benches. When my shipper picked them up, they all fell apart as he was loading them. The auction house gave him and me a hard time until they finally realized they were in bad condition to begin with and begrudgingly refunded my payment.

Purchased a 1875 C. C. Trade Dollar in late October Received it mid-November. Sent it in to get graded beginning of 2021 and used the economy method. Came back that the coin was counterfeit. Called auction house to let them know and see if they could work with me regarding this purchase. They said it was 8 months later and nothing they can do. Be careful with auction houses like this. If you purchased coins from the October 2020 auction check to see if they are genuine. My suggestion to anyone who is purchasing from this auction house is to email them and let them know you will be getting the raw coins graded. Send it in immediately and pay a little more for a quicker turnaround so they have to little to stand on when it comes to a time period. After spending thousands of dollars at this auction a measly $200 coin has lost my business with them. I have had this issue before with counterfeit coins and other auction houses have refunded months after because they stand by what they sell. Go to Richard L. Edwards for a better guarantee if your coin comes back counterfeit.

Full condition reports are a 'must have' for the internet buyer. Relying on the auction house to present their knowledge and eye as to condition, measurements and overall appearance of an item should be a given.

The jewelry was okay but when I got one lot that had several small chains and small chain necklaces, I got a massive tangled mess that will take me hours and hours to untangle. I don't even know where to start. Everything was separated when they took the pictures, It wouldn't have been hard to put wrap it immediately in saran wrap tightly so it would not be loose and get everything tangled every time it was handled. If I do place another order I will not order any more lots with necklaces and chains. I learned my lesson.

Shipping quotes take time and should be figured into the item's final cost when possible. Be aware of carrier pick-up days.

Smooth and pleasant, start to finish

I bought an item for 40.00 plus fees. I went onto their site and the shipper wanted 100.00 for shipping. It was a small item. I asked if he could find a more reasonable way to get it here. He said he could do it for 65.00 basically he wrapped it in brown paper and threw it in a box. It came in in 40 pieces. I sent the shipper a message with no response. The auction house said sorry. Take it up with shipper. So basically I lost $140.00 and no recourse. Horrible service.
