A new kind of fun
I have been shopping on-line for decades with Ebay and with virtual brick-and-mortar stores. For the last year, I have enjoyed on-line auction houses, such as William Bunch. There is an excitement in live auctions, which is unavailable in other purchase options. Winning a live auction is similar to running and winning the Derby or taking the pot at Monte Carlo or Vegas. In addition to the fun, there is the joy of collecting your prize at the front door. I will continue to shop and win with William Bunch.

Just put all these items in a plastic bag, really!! Broken, bent, tangled bunch of junk.
All these items were put in a plastic bag for pickup. Yep, the tail broke off one owl, the eyes popped out another, broken tangled chains, etc etc. Another auction house I won't buy from again.

Sloppy accounting
They filed an unpaid time dispute with me 13 days AFTER I had already PAID for the item. I will have a negative mark next to my name as long as I hold a LiveAuctioneers account which will make it harder to be approved for future auctions with other companies. Totally unfair.

I'm very sorry for the mistake, it was entirely our error. As you know, we removed the dispute and Live Auctioneers removed the record of it entirely from your bidder record so it does not show at all. Great auction house
As usual, their descriptions were quite good and the photos were accurate. During Covid-19 pandemic, the care they used to schedule pick-ups and their flexibility when I missed my appointed slot was impressive. They wore masks and had everything ready for bay-door side pick up.

Be nice to your customers!
The auction process was great but for pick, the lady who was scheduling it was very obnoxious and very inflexible!! I like the pieces I won thank goodness!
