Excellent Customer Service with great Communication

I'm relatively new to online auctions and have found my dealings with Albion Auctions most satisfactory! Easy straight forward bidding system, clear invoicing, secure packaging and good delivery-even though I live in Australia!

The packaging of the prints I purchased could have been better and packaged with sturdier, more secure materials — the cardboard that was supposed to protect the prints was dented and bent during shipping, thus doing the same to the prints. Unfortunate.

Great service and packaging

I've purchased numerous times from this auction house over the last year and every time has been a wonderful experience. Getting the package is always like opening a present because, as good as the pictures online are, the actual prints are amazing. Nick goes out of his way to make things right, should something happen in shipping or otherwise. I appreciate all these guys do and I've had so much fun buying from them!

Won these lots more than a month ago, and still haven't received anything. They were shipped with Royal Mail and lost. I did not receive a tracking until I asked for it and realised the lots had been shipped and dek (which could have eventually avoided the parcel getting lost). Seller raised a claim with RM but haven't heard from them. You would expect a descent auction house to send lots with a real courrier service to avoid that kind of inconvenience, but no apparently too much too ask for £ 140 value. A TNT or UPS service is barely more expensive than Royal Mail. Seller doesn't seem very concerned regarding my refund so far. Neither is LiveAuctionneers actually. Appalling. Avoid!!

I did not receive an order that has been paid for through PayPal to Albion. they even charged for shipping and never sent. They responded once and said an administration problem had occurred in October and they would send my order with free shipping. I have not heard anything since. They won’t respond anymore.
