They are unresponsive
I ordered an item in mid-February. I haven't received it yet. Despite attempts to communicate with Albion, my messages are ignored. LiveAuctioneers stepped in and i was told a refund would be issued. I am also still waiting for that.

I like the idea of the bundles of prints at good prices, just not as excited once buyers premium and higher shipping rate is added. I am sure I will bid again.... just need to factor in the extra charges and bid carefully. Love the free shipping and special sales when buying direct from Albion!!
