We think this is a misunderstanding you brought these pieces thinking that they are recognized by their respective foundation’s but they are not this is the reason they were sold as in the style of. The shipping to France for two pieces ncluding a well package, handling and insurance is relatively hay you paid, if you were not happy with that price you should have told the shipping house or contact us before and we could work with other shipping company remember that the shipping is outside us. We do not get profit for the Shipping. Best IAAG

I'm sorry about this situation but our auction house did everything we could do to give you the best possible care. We believe that you have been somewhat unfair when doing this review. We send your package once we receive your payment, as of that point it ceases to be our responsibility. So we were in direct contact with you and the shipping house so you could receive your lots. It was your decision to choose USPS without insurance, having other options much safer and more effective. The tracking number reflects your package in France, country where you live. Our advice to you is to respect the days that the USPS has requested to end the investigation and I also advise you to try to get in touch with the French customs, where your package should be. The next thing I would like to make clear, is that we do not announce something false to sell or scam the client, you bought all the pieces in the style of each artist, in the absence of a certification issued by their respective foundations it is implied that the piece is of that artist's style. You accept our terms and conditions before participating in our auction, where it is clear that we are not responsible for the package once sent. The platform of live auctioneers and the support department are impartial when it comes to taking a topic like this, they always work based on giving the best customer service. The work and effort of the platform are based on customer satisfaction. We can not do more because your package is outside our country.
