Delivery was quick and package was well wrapped.

They just need more photos of their items on line, otherwise they are Good to go.

Some of the pieces were great, but The piece that was supposedly Jasper Johns had a signature that said "Jasper Jonhs" This is misleading and throws all the other pieces into question! I will not be using this auction house again!

1) Was bidding on some jewelry and despite having been approved for bidding my bid was not recognized (screen was frozen). 2) Different houses are not forth coming with shipping services and it impossible to get info on who to call and how to receive items. This is true even if you send emails to them. No answer

I have some concerns because I notice that the same item seems to come up for auction. I think that if there is a fail to pay, it should go to the next highest bidder. My concern is that there might be more then one? Just seems odd to me.

You see to qualify your customers better. They are selling counterfeit art and grossly overcharging for the shipping with your endorsement. Furthermore, they are using fake in house bidders to raise the online prices and you have no way to verify that. Once I stopped bidding the higher bid in House was ignored and I was the winner because the last bid was fake

Everything is so confused. I had to pay for the painting and then for the shipping. I am not sure about my painting yet...

They are making fake art and trying to pass it off as original work. They have taken it as far as making Fake Art experts to confirms its authenticity..

I am buying original items, once I get them I notice they are not originals. Then I focus in buying originals with COA and I find out that these people are not recognized anywhere, they don’t even have a web page or any reputation for certifying paintings.

the shipping company used by the auction house was expensive but very good.

The auction house don't respond quickly the answer, and in the end, wen I have difficulty with the Duane, and ask help, they don't respond!!

Purchase went smoothly, and shipper provided superb service. Items arrived well packed and in perfect condition. Very satisfied.

I wish I could get estimate shipping cost prior to auction.
