Fast & safe shipping of delicate China!!
Best Auction House so far! This place did everything right. Only minor note was some shipping info was not relayed timely. But with that said, they were fast & the packing was exceptional!

Jasper 52 Is Customer/Bidder Oriented
I thought that the reduced shipping fee should have been lower and Jasper 52 worked with the seller and shipper to get me a really good deal on shipping. They were professional, polite, and results oriented. They are earned my appreciation and continued bidding.

I bought something at auction and they sent something else.
They cancel auctions after you win items. They sent the wrong item after a win as well.

Communication nearly non-existant-much like the shipping
Won auction on 10/10; paid invoice 10/12. Auctioneer required in-house shipping but now, 11/19, and after 5 emails asking for status update on shipping, still not even a shipping ETA. Auction house claims another listing agent is responsible and not responsive but this auction was under their name! Who is actually listing these items and why is there no direct communication with them for 5 full weeks? Ridiculously unprofessional.
