Would like to start by telling you that we respect the opinion of everyone and that’s the reason why we usually do not reply to this type of comments, However, we are taking the time to reply to you because what you’re saying is defamation and you are clearly trying to damage our reputation, that is in fact punishable by law, according to what you’re previously saying is basically that all our five start reviews are all fabricated and only the one stars are real? Is interesting that you only recognized the one stars review as legitimate but what about the two, three and fourth stars? Because seems that you didn’t noticed them, we take very serious these type of accusations therefore we have transferred this to our legal department and they will be contacting you soon, first of all we liked to clarify that all bidders have the right/opportunity to retract their bids before the auction and it’s very easy for us to proof that, by just printing the transcript from the Liveauctioneers platform, you lied to Liveauctioneers by telling them at first that you didn’t received the piece and when we proof that the piece was delivered to the shipping company we went to an arbitration for that reason which you lost as you will lose when we go to court, your lack of knowledge about attribute term does not make us guilty of any crime. We highly recommend you to read our terms and conditions which you accepted without reading them and decide to participate in the auction without asking a single question, is your responsibility as a bidder to clarify your doubts before bidding which you never did.
