I had a very frustrating experience with this company from beginning to end. I purchased a $2100 white gold diamond ring, and they required funds to be wired. First, the invoice they sent me showed a totally different ring (rose gold) for $800 but the description & price of the ring I purchased. I inquired about the bid discrepancy, and it took days for a response. I inquired about the original bid, and it took days to respond. I called and left a couple of voicemails and never got a call back. They required that the money be wired and stated that the ring would ship out immediately after funds were received. I wired funds on a Monday and sent them a message confirming that funds were wired and requested status of shipment. I sent them 3 more messages before I received a response 8 days later stating they received my wired funds that day. Wired funds are immediate. I inquired how they received wired funds 8 days later. They didn't answer my question but asked what size they should make the ring before shipping. I told them not to size it and keep it at factory size 6. They didn't respond. A week later, I inquired about status of shipment... again. I received a response stating it would ship out the following week. Then they sent via UPS and required a signature to obtain package without ever stating this would the case. They never sent me a tracking number either. I had 5 different people respond to my inquiries. Then once I received the ring, the center diamond 1 ct princess cut diamond was chipped on both sides (I guess while setting the diamond). It's a beautiful ring though-but the fact that it took just short of 6 weeks to get the ring and the main diamond was chipped was very maddening. Horrible experience. These people need to get their act together.

Beware of DTrider Inc. What I believe I was buying, is not what I received according to the photos. I feel ripped off and hope you don’t make the same mistake. I doubt that I will ever buy any fine jewelry from Live Auctioneers again based on this experience.

The pendant is beautiful although it’s on a really cheep fine chain that came to me all tangled up. Totally unwearable.

Beautiful Ring

It's been over a month that I won this item-i sent the payment 3 days after the end of the auction-they cashed the check 2 days later-still waiting for a trackin #-very slow response from them-i even told them I would pick up the item as I live a few miles away but still have not gotten a response-not happy with dtrider

Took forever to get a response back after their mistake and multiple attempts via voice mail and email. They are very slow to respond to issues, Days and Days go by with no response for updates to issues they created. Item pictured incorrectly on auction site and no explanation why or offer to remedy the problem

Several messages have been sent after a wire was the only form of payment in reference to shipping. It has been almost a month and no response.

Apparently after winning these auctions someone figured out I won them at too low a price. I emailed 6 times with no response wanting to know where they were. When I finally asked for my money back they responded instantly and did so. Not very pleased with this company at all.

I’ve emailed the auction house multiple times. They’ve never responded. Item was paid for in a timely manner and invoice included shipping charges. It’s been a month since the auction and still no response.

Misrepresented item I spent 2400 on a bracelet that doesn't match description

My beef is with the lack of communication offered by the company. They offered no communication at all unless prompted. Also their payment method is utterly antiquated, I can only guess the reason why.

I have tried several times to contact this auction house with no response. they were easy to give money to, but then no response after several attempts. I would like a refund, I don't want to deal with this any more.

Fast deliver Item came in perfect shape

The ring looked nothing like the picture. The ratings however were very accurate for the diamond. I asked to send the ring back forfeiting the fees for returning it and the commission (about 40 %). Then DT Rider claimed they never received the ring back, even though the Post Office said it was delivered to their Post Office box. I won't work with them again.

Have not received the lot won yet with no response. It has been over a month. BEWARE!!

I had to keep contacting to ask when item would ship which I wasn’t happy about. Being in the UK it was concerning that they were not quicker.
