When bidding, the price shows up on your bid offer, and you can see your cost with out commitment prior to the bid. The customer service and descriptions, pictures are clear. When in auction, it moves through quickly.

Auction was clear and easy to bid. When I win item I was contacted by auction and made payment. Shipping was then arranged and the ring was even more gorgeous and impressive than the pictures! Highly recommend DTRIDER

Easy payment but they take for ever to tell when your items ship.

I was originally told that shipping time would be about 10 days. They were good to their word. I am very satisfied with the quality of the product.

Had hard time getting response back to my email, had hard time working with payment. Had to threaten to get hold of the action house at one time just to find out shipping date.

Outrageous Shipping and Handling for a 1 ounce coin. On top of the buyers premium the S & H is excessive. I won't be bidding on any of their auctions again.

I got concern because it almost a month to receive my items. Once I received them I was a bit disappointed because the items did not appear to be worth the price estimated value therefore I believe I over bid and felt cheated.

They use the pandemic as a reason they had not sent my stuff out in over three and a half weeks. I bid on other items had I known you had not sent my first order I would not have bid on more.

I was the successful bidder for a diamond tennis bracelet in March. I paid for it and have not received it. My many messages remain unanswered

I got a lesson in paying attention to item descriptions. It read assorted 1oz rounds, with a picture of two different rounds. I realized when the package arrived, there was only one, and I went back and read again that it was meant to be only one. My mistake, so watch, read, and pay attention. The rounds were in great shape, payment process was simple, and delivery was quick. I will do business with DTRIDER again, and again.

Products are misrepresented in retail value and in the photos. 3 weeks still havent gotten my second purchase. Not sure how this is legal. Thought I could flip some stuff and make a couple bucks, instead gotten taken for couple grand.

Only bid made was mine... took my max bid did not go up in increments like all other auction houses... was not happy as thought coins were larger

Unfortunately I won't be buying from again. Lot was not what I won, wasn't gold, and barely any communication from vendor. Still waiting to hear back from them, buyer beware, I'm done.

one of the two coins won in the same auction evidently disappeared between the hammer and shipping … first I knew about it was a hand written note 'refund' next to the item on the shipping document when the other coin arrived. I contacted the auction house and they confirmed they would refund the purchase price and premium. there was no proration of shipping cost associated with the missing coin. believe they should have been proactive rather than reactive in addressing the lose of the other coin.

I will start by saying that this was the first time I have purchased a ring (without seeing it first) and have been disappointed. The ring size was not given in the description and I asked a question twice asking if it could be sized. The first time I got a response that the ring size was a 7. The second time I never got an answer. I took that as it can’t be sized. The payment transaction and shipping was down, I have no complaints about that. But upon opening the box I was immediately disappointed. The ring itself is very thin and flimsy. To be honest I don’t even think there’s enough metal there to stretch it a half size. And it’s certainly not made to wear other than on an occasion. Not made for every day wear. The diamonds on the side of the Topaz are so small you can’t even really see them. Very disappointed, for $185. Looks nothing like the picture in reality. I would request that the company uses a hand model to depict their products more accurately. It’s hard to walk away not feeling as though there is a deception factor.
