One of the Best.

Item broken during shipping. Was not helpful in filing a claim. They did ship missing item ASAP with other auction's items. I have purchased multi items for the pass couple years and only recently had this problem. They are still my favorite Auction House. They are my "Go To" Auction House.

Ask if the "original box" is the original made for that specific item. If the specific original box is important to you, always ask!

The item I purchased was exactly as described. But the invoice was surprising. Items $80.00 Buyer’s Premium $20.00 Online Payments Fee $5.89 Sales Tax $8.92 Shipped by Auction House $38.00 Shipping Insurance $3.39 Total $156.20 Balance Due $156.20 I don't recall being given the option to pay any other way than online, so why would there be a fee? And why isn't insurance part of the shipping cost?

Item description (a scarce book) was fine, but it could have been shipped for much less (flat in a USPS priority mail box or envelope would have been great; buyers should be given inexpensive options).

There's some very nice items to bid on. When I won my item I was very happy until I got the complete invoice and shipping cost as much as my item. So with the price of the invoice I checked other sites for the same item and I could've gotten a better price. I've bought a lot of things online over the years and I don't believe for a second that shipping should cost that much. Unfortunately I will no longer bid on anything from this site

It is not possible that shipping to Miami and Mexico City costs the same, especially if the auctioneer's headquarters is in Florida.
