Auction House sold me a FAKE!!!!!
On the Auction no 145, date 24.08.2019. I bought LOT 7548. The description of the LOT said it was an acrylic on canvas but when we picked up the LOT (it was not packed, they gave us naked "painting"), we realised it was replika number 473/500, which is clearly written on the back of the Replika. What was their intention? Today is 15.10.2019. and I still didn't receive full Refund. I lost lot of time, energy and nerves with them. So many problems, I need to write an essay to describe them all. Why LIVE AUCTIONEERS permit such behavior and where is responsibility of LIVE AUCTIONEERS since I have bidded over your application? You are supposed to be a guarantee to us bidders!

We auction over 4, 000 items five times a year. Even if we try our best to avoid mistakes, it is certainly human that an error might occur. In this case we did never deny the mistake and refunded the invoice amount accordingly. We regret the incident and apologise for the inconvenience caused to our customer.

Auction 1/23/2019. I tried three times to open their form to pay with a credit card and three times I wrote to them telling them I could not open the document. No response until the third try. I received an email from Franziska Winkler stating that they couldn't process my payment unless they had their completed form since my bank probably wouldn't process the payment without them having a proper documentation. I understand Franziska Winkler's concerns, but the matter still was not getting settled. I didn't want to do a bank transfer with the high fees on a $329.00 bill. Finally I just made up my own form and sent them my credit card information. On January 31, 2019 they presented my bank with a request for credit card payment and it was paid the same day. I received my beautiful locket very quickly and I was looking forward to doing business with this company in the future since they have lovely things and they provided excellent shipping service. Then today I received a request for payment within 7 days of receiving the invoice for my auction purchase. I think that perhaps there is a problem with their accounts receivable department.

It took weeks to receive an invoice (they mailed it from Germany). When my shipper arrived to pick up the items, they said the carpets "are not ready." And they did not identify that the set of tiles I purchased is seriously damaged. I'm super upset about it and hope you will contact them to resolve it. So far, they have not responded to my email, and the phone number listed on their site isn't working.

I made an immediate wire transfer to their bank, emailed them the confirmation and asked, Did you received the wire?, I got no response, I then emailed on their website, Did you get the wire? again with the confirmation number, no response. Then I got an invoice in the mail to pay in 7 days. This is the second time I have had a problem with international wires, I used a different bank this time. I will not be bidding on ANYTHING outside the US ever again I still do not have the item, may never get the item, so how would I know if the pictures were accurate.

I won an item. Auction house promised an invoice in 3 days. After +-8 days: no invoice. I contacted them and canceled the purchase. After that, there was a contact with an rather rude person, Dutch speaking. He announced: we put you on the “black list” No reaction anymore.. Best regards, G.

I did submit a bid by a mistake, caused by accidentally touching the computer mouse unknowingly, the Historia Auktionshouse, was very helpful and understanding, in canceling my bid mistake. Thank you, Peter ,

this auction house did not make the condition clear and i found there are 2 screws missing, and after I received and escalated, they just simply said they mentioned it on their own web-site but not in live aucitoneers. is that telling me that liveauctioneers is not trust worthy platform? that is important message so they put on their own web-site. you can see that from liveauctioneers bidders were misleading by the content so people keep adding the price. it's much over the estimation. and i escalated, after 4 days, i still have no answer. i also wrote mail to liverauctioneers customer service, but no feedback as well after I told my story again. so disappointed.
