I won two small pieces of pottery. The invoice payment, selecting shipping or pickup, and shipping payment processes were all straight forward and easy. I received informative updates about the status of my purchase and shipment and when my items arrived they were very well packaged and arrived safely. They were as described in the lot listing-the pre-existing chip on one piece was disclosed and clearly photographed. As a remote bidder, this was a great auction house to work with.

I had already seen the piece, but had I not, the single photo wouldn't have given me a very good idea of its condition. But it all worked out, and the pickup at their nice warehouse was very easy! I didn't mind a little visit to Redlands from Pasadena.

Very satisfied and would bid again with this auction house.

Redlands Auction house is a great place to purchase true antiques and vintage items. Every item I have purchased from them has been in better than described condition! They sell quality items! They have always answered any questions I have had and quickly, too. I would highly recommend them to all buyers of true antiques and vintage.

First, the armoire arrived with a thick layer of dust on the whole back portion; and I mean filthy. No one had bothered to just wipe it off to sell. Easy fix, but telling of the lack of care in this case. More importantly, the description did not mention relevant condition issues that affected not just value but functionality. The main door is crooked and does not open and close properly. This was obviously an issue prior to the sale based on rub marks. Also, the interior had been rebuilt with newer components. In person, this is quite evident and should have been noted. I knew it was missing shelving so not an issue. I know auctions are risky when purchasing remotely, but I do expect accurate descriptions regarding significant condition issues. Otherwise a very easy transaction and fast responses regarding arrangements.

Stunning addition to my clock collection, all details of condition were disclosed and photographed thoroughly, arrived exactly as described. A little slow to ship, but was superbly packed and arrived safely so I'm not even worried about that part. Overall a smooth transaction.

Redlands is one of the few online auction houses I buy from. They have always been prompt and anything I've ever bought has been shipped quicky, safely and at a fair price.

This poster was shipped flat between two pieces of plain cardboard. My letter carrier delivered it to my front porch but before I could get home to retrieve it we had a rain shower. So half of my poster is now soaking wet and ruined. I. How can you be so cheap that you can’t afford to put an expensive poster in a waterproof Tyvek type shipping envelope that everyone uses? Never again!! I’ll stick with Movie Poster Warehouse
