Everything went well and I love the bracelet. Shipping should have had signature required, as bracelet was just left at front door. Fortunately, there's no porch pirates in my neighborhood.

Wm Smith auctions perfectly described and issue and sent pics. I chose shipping by Live Auctioneers thinking it would be efficient and better than arranging a shipper-wrong! They charged far too much, took so long and my several emails to finally get the box which was squashed and not even doubleboxed per UPS rules. Never again for the L. A. shipping!

Auction house and its UPS store to which they take everything have a policy of not corresponding by email. Auction house finally took lot to UPS store after requiring humiliating explanation of why I would not call to speak with someone who sent a rude email. UPS Store will not respond to email or snail mail and so have never received my lot.

I spoke to Matt a few times regarding the saddle I purchased. He was very helpful and answered my questions right away. The saddle is exactly as represented, and it is even better in person! He was also able to direct me to a great shipper who packed and sent the saddle to me. The shipper picked the saddle up from the auction house, and it arrived in perfect condition. I will purchase from William Smith again.

The Auction agency was fine but my package was lost by USPS for 6 days. They've done that before. I don't blame the Auction house and my item was very good.

As a long-time collector who sometimes makes online auction purchases, I found the William Smith Auction via my Seidengang filter. Looking through their catalog, I noticed the cohesiveness of the lots having a quality single collection. After purchasing the Seidengang piece and a very nice old rug, I set out to arrange shipping (sometimes a tenuous and costly process), and I received personalized, prompt, and reasonably-priced packing and shipping. This auction was the smoothest and most seamless in my memory. Wonderful items and interactions!
