Sellers who handle the shipping via a reliable shipper is a fantastic service for buyers. In this case the shipping cost, using UPS, was much lower than independent quotes from multiple shippers, additional work for buyers who must contact multiple shippers for a quote. This enhancement is a great way to run an auction business. Keep up the good work.

The team responded to questions before the auction quickly and accurately. The items were even more stunning than pictured beforehand, truly stunning me. To see the extent of concern taken to package and ship those 3 pieces, i literally took 2 pictures in case they should ever need to be packed up again to show whomever what I will expect again. A wonderful experience with pieces I.. will treasure!

They certainly are easy to do business with and ship immediately

entire auction process was customer friendly, but I picked up my paintings-as to the auction process, auctioneer passes many items at his 1st bid figure-he does not lower the figure below his 1st published bid figure, so, either one places a bid at that1st figure, or, you do not get the item-

No complaints about the auction house. UBS was not good at communicating the constant delays in delivery over a three-day period, other than to say at the end of each day that it is delayed until the next day, with no window of time to expect delivery.
