Hi, my dissatisfaction stems mainly from one recent event. I have placed a bid on a lot. Following the bidding process, I was informed by Liveauctioneers that I have won the lot. When I phoned the auctioneer, I found out that the lot was sold to someone else for more money. I wrote your support team, but they told me to sort it out with the seller. It all might have been legal and justified in the small letter of some disclaimer, but I did not even get an apology for your system falsely indicating that I have won the lot. I even received a quote from you. I was happy for 24 hours and you can imagine my disappointment when I found out. Regards, Eytan
