No problems-fine auction.

Coral Gables runs a great, smooth auction-with fantastic results for bidders and consigners alike. Their in-house shipping is PHENOMENAL, and all of my items arrived securely spaced out, padded, packed, and protected! 10/10-they always offer a little something for everyone, and with a smooth organic running process throughout the entirety of the auction, and afterwards as well. Absolutely aces!

I just wish they had communicated better with me. I went for days not hearing anything. Was told my itenm is being shipped. Nothing arrived. Contacted them again and they apologized and sait it was a difficult time for them and they were waiting for packing materials. I responded that is fine. I understand. Dont tell your client after several email your item is being shipped out Monday. A week later no package. Another email and the response is we are having a difficult time getting packaging material. Well, you need to communicate with your clients. If you had said that from the beginning instead of just being silent I would have understood. The package arrived today, finally, beautifully wrapped/packed. Thank you. I am very happy with my item

Very professional and pleasing to deal with

I have not received the artwork I bought. It's been more than a month. I contacted the shipping agency they suggested for me to do the coordination. This company have not even picked up the piece yet. I don't know what else to do.

My experience with this auction house is excellent, they have a perfect service with the clients, I am an older person and I have contacted them on several occasions and they always attend to me very well, all the pieces I receive in perfect condition since They pack the pieces for me. The packaging is very professional and they don't skimp on materials. Once again I am very happy with the piece that I acquired.

This auction house seems to have an ongoing business relationship with the shippers part of the equation. Example. April 19th auction. lot 0862. They quoted me 47.00 to ship this item. I e mailed and complained and thy told me they could only use UPS, but they gave me another option, so I emailed that option. They quoted me 45.00. This item I could ship across the country for 8.00. Sorry you greedy guys just lost my business. I would suggest not participating in their auctions.

I received my piece in perfect condition, I feel confident buying with them since the photos perfectly describe the item. Sometimes I have contacted them to request additional information on the parts I want to buy and I always receive a concrete and quick response.

Excellent customer service. They have varieties of prices and great variety of merchandise. The shipping services provided by the auction house are reasonable but they also have shipping companies that allow customers to compare prices.

Did not send list of shippers but said they would ship themselves. Quoted me price 3x's higher than it should have been. Found another shipper on my own, but it took couple of weeks for the auction house to release my items to them.

Sold be a stone box that was described as in good condition but when I got it it was clearly smashed and glued together. They didn't even bother to reply to my complaint. Avoid!

There was an extra step of calling back the Action house or emailing to let them know who would be picking up my item once I secured the name of a shipper! But after that all went smoothly!

I puchased a Sevres French Clock a few months ago. Every part of the process was smooth, from registration, bidding, payment, and shipping. Since the item was both heavy and fragile, packing and shipping was important and was very well handled. But the quality and appearance of the clock and garnitures was even better than the pictures. And I felt the price was more than reasonalble. Quite a steal. Billy C
