I deal with many auction houses. It always amazes me how supposed well known auction companies are so difficult to deal with. Woody has set the bar for customer service. I wish they would give classes to the other places.

This company sets the bar very high for other auction companies. It's such a seamless transaction. Myitems are here before I know it. They are all about customer service. I do not have time to hunt down shipping companies and most of the time they won't take your information. You have to email it. Another step and total waste of time.
