Horrible experience with this company.
Still haven’t received the item i paid for with shipping. I don’t understand why it’s taking so long. Might’ve been ripped off?!

Well, Lets look at the date of the Auction. Wednesday October 30th 2019-Now lets look at the date time we received payment. After we have sent you 4 invoices. Payment: USD 21.56 11-24-2019 7:05PM-This is almost one month after the auction. This is not acceptable time for payment. My terms clearly state you must pay within 24 hours after receiving an invoice from us. When you are 3 weeks behind on getting us paid. We move on to good fast paying buyers. When we are not paid for the items you purchased within the first two weeks. We file a dispute, put you on our no bid list, and ban you from bidding with us again. At this time we figure you were just another non paying bidder. We might have resold these coins by now. However if by chance we still have them. I will make sure they get sent to you or issue you a refund. We do not have the time to keep going back, weeks or months later to check to see if you have paid. Thank you for paying, however, it would have been nice to have received some sort of notification from you since you were late with payment.

This is exactly why we have changed our shipping policy. We do 4 to 5 coin auctions every week. We used to never start shipping until Friday. This way if you bought on all for days we would combine shipping to help you save money on shipping. However, there is no possible way we could get it all done on Friday by noon when the mail person comes to pick up. With selling over 1600 lots per week, it would take up to Thursday the following week to complete the shipping for this one week. However because people would not read my shipping terms I would get negative remarks like this one. So we are now shipping everyday after the auction. We just started this year Jan. 1, 2020. No more combining items from auctions purchased on other days. Regards, Richard Edwards Auctioneer

Problems with shipping.
I requested my items be shipped via U. P. . or U. . P. . After paying shipping I was informed that it would cost more for them being shipped signature requested. Told them send it signature requested. I had them charge my credit card. The item shipped and was left at my front door. I checked the tracking of the item and found it was never listed as signature required. Last message from the auction house was he would check into it. I then sent a copy of the tracking history showing the auction house there was no signature request. I am still waiting for a refund of the extra postage or at least a new message telling me something. Photos and description of items very accurate. Service needs improvement.

Great Auctioneering Experience
I used this website for the first time as a way introduce myself to on-line auctioneering. I found the experience informative, easy to understand, and delightful. Potential buyers are given accurate photos of the items under auction, and a range of actual estimated product values furnished. So you pretty much have a good idea of product worth versus reasonable bid amounts to attempt to secure purchase of said items. The process flowed very naturally and I found value for the items I was fortunate enough to purchase. So-a great experience for me on a great auctioneer site and dealer.
