Something to catch everyone's attention
You see things that make you think of places you haven't thought of in years. It's good to put your hands on nostalgia, to surround yourself with oddities that not only make you remember and smile, but trigger forgotten events in those around you. Guests come to visit and never know what new tidbits I'll have, or which memory lane awaits. Excellent!

follow up
I am bidding frequently on many auctions around the globe. Communication back and forth with auction house and shipping company, needing authorization and yet another transaction for shipping, customs etc.. can sometimes be a real hassle. many auction houses can learn from Richard L. Auctioneering.

Prompt Attention
R L Edwards Auctioneering has been the best at promptly posting payments to Liveauctioneers. It's nice to see vendors post payments that have been made. I hate to complete transactions and be looking for delivery and go back and see where my invoice stills shows "pending", like I have yet to pay for my items. Thank you very much.

If it says vintage arrowhead and no era, it's not
The arrowhead listings without a specific era association are modern repros. Probably made by actual Indians. "Vintage arrowheads" is the description, you can tell these are not vintage or made by any Native American. You can buy bundles of 50 or more on eBay for like 20 bucks. I have before to see the quality.. They are garbage just like these "vintage" points. Everything else through this auctioneer I have enjoyed and he is a funny guy watching live. Will and have bought since, just watch for the "vintage arrowheads". Richard if you all read this, keep in mind too for your buyers. Those aren't vintage, the notches are dremmeled even can see the markings.

Staff improvement needed
I had been making multiple purchases each week and enjoying my experience. Once or twice I had to make special request to have shipping combined to make it affordable to purchase coins. Directly Richard was very accommodating. My last purchases again had double shipping, when I sent request staff curtley responded to say it would be combined. It was not. I then received notice items were shipped, but they were in fact not shipped for a number of days after. Good staff is hard to find. Sadly, this staff member made this my final attempt at doing business. Best wishes none the less.

Steven: I am sorry to hear this. I work Very hard trying to keep my buyers and sellers happy. Like always, If I am aware of a situation I will make sure it is corrected. We always combine shipping for coins sold in one week. We do not however combine shipping from week to week. When we have more than one auction a week like we do. It is very hard to keep our shipping records straight. We normally have 2 to 4 coins auctions every week. We try to save our costumers money by not starting the shipping process until Friday, unless requested. Because of the volume we sell each week and the number of costumers we have, We can not get the all items shipped until the following week. This way we can ship everything you purchase in that given week into one package. Example, If you purchase one coin on Monday and we ship it, the shipping fee is $3.50. plus insurance. Then if you buy one coin on Tuesday, the the shipping fee is $3.50. plus insurance. Wednesday one Coin, the shipping fee is $3.50. plus insurance. Thursday one coin, the shipping fee is $3.50. plus insurance. This could cost you $14 plus insurance to ship 4 coins. However, by us holding the coins for that week and combining all into one package. Your Shipping cost would be $3.50 plus insurance to ship those four coins. Saving you $10.50. However, If you want your coins shipped right after the auction let us know and we can accommodate you. This way you will receive your coins faster. I am just trying to save my customers money on shipping. I wish you would have contacted me about this before leaving a semi-negative comment before under standing our shipping process. At Least I have a chance to explain. NOTE-Anyone wanting their coins shipped soon after each auction should call our office and let us know. Otherwise will will hold off on the shipping process until Friday that week Thank you. Richard Edwards Auctioneer 937-547-3202
