Matthew: Let me start of by addressing your accusations. I never lied to you about anything. Just because things didn't happen in the time you expected. Does not mean I lied to you. Now, if you would read my terms and conditions you will see that we do not offer returns unless we made a mistake in the listing. Which we did not. I have to run a tight ship otherwise I would have a Hugh problem. When you bid you have already agreed to the terms and conditions of the auction. We do not accept returns, We do not remove bids or retract bids. We do not accept buyers remorse as a way to get out of a purchase. Which in this case it is clearly buyers remorse. You purchased these items then want them removed after you researched them. Where this should have been done before bidding. Again read my terms of the auction. It is the buyers responsibility to educate themselves, research and know what they are buying prior to bidding. We listed them very clearly with the word "Clad", a very common word used in the coin industry to describe the composition of a coin. It is not my responsibility to educate the buyer on the meaning of words. I don't know what was said on the phone, However, I do not recall speaking to you. However, I would say that part of your statement is true. We probably said we will have to file a dispute so we don't have to pay Live auctioneers the fees associated with this purchase. If we don't it will cost us money. In all, you made a mistake bidding on something you had no clue to what you were buying and want to blame me for your mistake. If you own a car but don't know how to drive, don't get in the drivers seat. If you own a computer and don't know how to use it, then stay off of it until you do. If you have a car accident you have to pay if it was your fault. If you make a mistake bidding you should be the one to pay for your mistake, NOT ME! Your comments were in you words, VINDICTIVE UNPROFESSIONAL MALICIOUS AND WILL LIE STRAIGHT TO YOUR FACE!

Joseph: First of all, The address on file is not my fault. We shipped to the address you provided. I do not know when you move. It is your responsibility to change your profile. If we only ship to the address provided if we don't we are not protected by fraud protection. I did everything I could for you. I refunded you the money just like we agreed upon. I told you It would take 7 to 10 days after I refunded the money for it to reach your account. I responded to your message as soon as I got it. However you did not read them for two weeks after I responded. You said, oh I was waiting for a message to go to my e-mail and that you was not used to replying to messages on Live auctioneers messages. Yes, The bracelet was marked. 925 sterling. I did not make this bracelet nor did I know it was not real. Unfortunately with the growing amount of fake or reproduce product being sent over here from China it is hitting the US market at a all time high. The only thing I can do is to make it right with my buyers when something gets through to my buyers. Unfortunately, this took a little more time than you are accustomed to in this fast pace world we live in. I apologized to you several times and went ahead and refunded you before my seller even responded. The only reason I contacted him was to see if he wanted it back or if we should just let you keep it. This way I was sure to get my money back from him. Steven: I am sorry to hear this. I work Very hard trying to keep my buyers and sellers happy. Like always, If I am aware of a situation I will make sure it is corrected. We always combine shipping for coins sold in one week. We do not however combine shipping from week to week. When we have more than one auction a week like we do. It is very hard to keep our shipping records straight. We normally have 2 to 4 coins auctions every week. We try to save our costumers money by not starting the shipping process until Friday, unless requested. Because of the volume we sell each week and the number of costumers we have, We can not get the all items shipped until the following week. This way we can ship everything you purchase in that given week into one package. Example, If you purchase one coin on Monday and we ship it, the shipping fee is $3.50. plus insurance. Then if you buy one coin on Tuesday, the the shipping fee is $3.50. plus insurance. Wednesday one Coin, the shipping fee is $3.50. plus insurance. Thursday one coin, the shipping fee is $3.50. plus insurance. This could cost you $14 plus insurance to ship 4 coins. However, by us holding the coins for that week and combining all into one package. Your Shipping cost would be $3.50 plus insurance to ship those four coins. Saving you $10.50. However, If you want your coins shipped right after the auction let us know and we can accommodate you. This way you will receive your coins faster. I am just trying to save my customers money on shipping. I wish you would have contacted me about this before leaving a semi-negative comment before under standing our shipping process. At Least I have a chance to explain. NOTE-Anyone wanting their coins shipped soon after each auction should call our office and let us know.
