Great Experience

I was simply amazed at how smooth and simple the processed was. When the bottle bourbon arrived I had my fingers cross that the bottle made it intact. The packaging was unbelievable. The bottle was packed in an air bubble. That was put in a box. Then that box was put in another box with foam peanuts. The bottle could have survived a drop from 20 feet and still be ok. Will be buying again in the future.

Process great, product not so much.

The vest felt very thin, as if pieces of the fur were attached to some kind of thin and stiff material. I have several fur vest. This is not the best one.

We are not furriers, and I wish you had reached out to us (as I invited you to do when we spoke) as soon as you received this item if you were dissatisfied. We posted 5 accurate pictures, and the best description we could, but if you weren't happy, I would have fully refunded your purchase and shipped it back to us at our expense, if you had only asked. We care a lot more about our service and reputation than the $6 premium you paid, and we would have worked to rectify this, if you had given us the chance.-Ian
