We appreciate your feedback. You bought your item on August 8th 2020, you messaged us on August 17th, 2020 because you thought the shipping was too expensive, we explained that it was the cheapest option we could find since it was an international shipment, and we didn’t even include packaging fees, only what the carrier was charging, to help you with the cost. You made your payment on September 11th, 2020. we shipped your item on that same day and we sent you a message with the tracking number. You messaged us again on February 16th, 2022, almost 2 years after we shipped your item, asking where your item was, we were very surprised to hear that up to that point you hadn’t received your item and that you had not notified us a lot earlier either, so we checked the tracking number and the item had arrived at your country in early 2021, they made some delivery attempts and after a few weeks it was returned back to the U. S, the package was never returned to us, and it ended up at a recovery center, we obviously had no idea this was happening because we were never notified by you or the post office, we were completely unaware about the situation of this package and it is the buyer's responsibility to notify us if the package does not arrive within a reasonable amount of time. We are still trying to recuperate the package, and as soon as we can, we will refund your money, the fact that it has almost been 2 years makes the process to get the package back a lot more complicated. We have many international customers and we have never had a situation like this, we are definitely not a fraud, and we do respect all of our customers, we are grateful for them and appreciate their business. We have always maintained a good communication with you, just like we do with all of our clients, you can check your messages on Live Auctioneers, there was always a response from us.
