We do not normally offer pick up since the shipping charge is included on the invoice and we arrange everything, but sometimes, if requested, and for our customer's benefits, we will allow them to pick up their items. In your case, you contacted us requesting to pick up your item on a specific day, which it was completely fine with us, we held you item without any extra charge, and we set up a day and time convenient for both of us. On the day you were supposed to pick up your item, you arrived 1 hour earlier than what we both had agreed to in our email, and our driver arrived at the exact time we agreed to, not necessarily our fault that you waited for long.
