I bought an antique photo album that was better than expected.

As always a great experience.

Very sick unconscious for 3 weeks total time in bed 11 weeks so the items paid for they kept the money and resold the lamp total lack of understanding not not happy at all very dissatisfied

Bought from them many times and never had an issue. Just call ahead to pick-up.

This is my favorite Auction House. They go out of their way to make sure your interactions with them go smoothly.

It’s been 3 weeks since I asked for my items I won to be shipped and when I call If it’s not there machine the guy that dose answer say they will call back and never has.

As pictured, easy process, quick communication, helpful in person upon pickup. No complaints at all.

The customer service is phenomenal! Very helpful and understanding. The items are exactly as described, and look better than I could have imagined. Additionally, they use a fantastic shipping company that has always taken the utmost care with my items. This is definitely an auction house I will be bidding with again.

I have been dealing with Costea’s for over 15 years. Recently I won 19th century baskets and a gorgeous Victorian punch set. I received information on EACH basket and the punch set that identified the maker, location and age of the items. They copied and included the information with everyone of the baskets!!!!!

Puchased item was as described.

Should have add pics of the damage to be fair to bidders. My items are basically junk. But i appreciate they do in house shipping

The descriptions and pictures were accurate. I was called to schedule pick up for won items and was quite pressured to come ASAP. I asked to come 15 days after the auction as both Christmas and New Year’s fell during the 14 days after pick up. Their policy states to pick up within 14 days. When I was called to schedule the pick up, I suggested that I would pick up on day 14-16. The owner, Mr. Costea seemed shocked by my request. He stated: “That’s almost 14 days!” He was kind enough to say call ahead by an hour before you come and it was ok to do so over the weekend. The conversation was polite but I did feel like I was being shamed for suggesting to come near their 14 day post auction pick up time. The pick up of won items was easy and the staff was extremely helpful, that was much appreciated!
