The item was properly described and the transaction when smoothly. In house shipping was a nice benefit.

This was my first time winning with this auction house and the service they provided was great. They worked with me through my questions and were accommodating to my requests. I love my item, it was more beautiful in person than in the pictures. This said, the pictures did give a very accurate depiction of the item I was bidding on.
