I was sent the wrong item after winning and item in one of the Heroes and Legends auction. It’s the wrong card and not even close to the one I won. I have tried multiple times to give them the opportunity to make it right, and I don’t even get a response back

I auctioned an item and paid Since I hadn't heard anything else, I asked where my package would stay. As a result, I was told that the article was accidentally discontinued and would not have been for sale at all, I would have been refunded the money.

Looked at a number of autographed photos online and found it difficult to assess authenticity. Heroes and Legends was very professional in follow-up and item arrived as represented with certificate of authenticity. Seller called to arrange international shipping personally and it arrived very quickly. Overall excellent experience.

never received artwork, had to dispute payment to get money back, however, they finally refunded payment. Many calls.... not worth it at all. I agree with another review, they didn't get amount they thought they should and ran me in circles. Rotten expierence.

Item was a described as a first printing but was a second. Has hologram sticker on cover was not disclosed.

Just what you want when bidding remotely in an auction. Although it took several days to be contacted, payment and shipping (in house) handled well. All good.

After spending thousands over the past couple of months bidding on items and paying immediately-I have yet to receive many of the more expensive items. I’m still waiting to hear from the auction house. It’s been weeks and my patience is wearing thin. Where are my items?!!

Every item I have purchased JSA and or by PSA has come back as fake. They "trust" their suppliers are sending them authenticated items. I am sure there are some items that are authentic, however I have purchased 3 Audrey Hepburn autographs and all didn't pass. I item I submitted to both and both rejected. I contacted H and L and even though they claimed their process of authentication was legit-I seriously doubt their "expert" looks at every item and verifies-if that is the case he or she needs to be fired, but this is a numbers game business-If you have bought an autographed item, you best get it check by the best. I have seen the same/similar autograph on an index card-it comes up every couple of months. I suspect there are drawers full of "fake" autographs and they rotate them. I have emailed them about this and they know it but know its tough to prove and clearly they aren't scared because they know the ropes-They should be shut down because even though some items are real, they also sell items that arent. At the end of the day if you buy something based on their authentication-you most likely got ripped off-
