I won an item.. was way below what they expected to get and they gave me a lie that is was mailed to the wrong person and refunded my payment instantly... When I check the auction it says the item was passed... meaning no bidders..

I thought the shipping and auction fees were a bit too much. JMO

I was told I won but several telephone calls to ask about payment went unanswered. I finally called Liveauctioneers and asked for assistance. Soon I got a BLANK invoice, contacted Liveautioneers again and then got correct invoice. Shipment was FAST!

I was sent the wrong auction purchase on a previous auction. Notified the auction house in October and have been in regular contact. Still no item or refund. My next step will be with the state's attorney General.
