I was overall very pleased with everything Selkirk auctions did to facilitate their auction running smoothly, great communication on the phone, handled my payment quickly and professionally and I recieved my item fine. But, I was a bit disconcerted when I recieved my full length fox fur coat in a very small square box with fur sticking out the handle cut outs of the box. The coat was fine after hanging to get the wrinkles out. And it had been wrapped with tissue and I know shipping is expensive, but I'm paying for it and it was just a little alarming to see it in that small of a slightly crushed box with fur sticking out the handles. I will still participate in their auctions in the future as it was an overall great experience, (except for the feeling you get not knowing if your going to win 😅) and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who buys at auction!

Pax-Mail did a professional job on their packing. Received item much earlier than expected. Selkirk's condition desc of James Clark's (1 **********) painting was right on the money. Was much impressed.
