I am a FIVE-STAR buyer. Beware of Mynt Auctions! I paid $700 for them to ship two stools. They were carelessly thrown in the back of a old, damaged moving truck. One of the stools was completely destroyed. No respect for property. Do not trust. Unprofessional shipper.

I won the Item and they had said that the Item was sold to someone else and that I had to pick a different item of get refund. They sent me three to four other cards that they said were close to the value that I paid for the one I truly wanted. The other cards that they sent me to pick from was in a later auction and they did sale for less than what I paid. No happy with the switch a roo

The item was sent to the wrong address but I contacted both the shipping company and the company who sold it and it was picked up and finally sent to me the merchandise was just fine.

I bid on an item listed in a recent auction: The item was listed as a 1941 Play Ball Joe Dimaggio signed baseball card PSA authenticated. The card was not a 1941 card, instead it was a reprint of a 1941 porcelain card made in 1997, I learned this after the fact of receiving the item. The auction description states multiple times that the card is is pre-owned and reflects its vintage status and history. Even at the point of checkout the item description states: 1941 Play Ball Joe Dimaggio signed baseball card PSA authenticated. I would avoid bidding or buying this item from MYNT Auctions based on this experience.

Very happy overall will the auction and delivery, had a little more process fees then was expected, but very happy and would recommend.

While they mentioned the time frame for the shipping of merchandise in their list of disclaimers, it pales in comparison to auction houses. I don’t think I will use their auction house again.

Bid and won a Jersey. When received several weeks later it was not the correct jersey. I immediately started trying to get this issue resolved by sending them exactly what they needed (pictures of item received, picture of verification of what I won plus invoice) and Am still waiting to hear on how they are going to correct the issue. Whenever I send an email they say to wait 24-48 hours for a response. In almost a week I am still nowhere with this company. Also count on at least 25 % or more tacked on to the item you win. Strongly do not recommend this company due to their Customer Service and ridiculously high rates. As much of a Headache this has become, I imagine I will have to get intouch with my CC company and the State Attorney General. How unfortunate.

Won this beautiful coin. They held it for me until I returned home from being on the road. I will definitely purchase more items through their auctions.

This team of people are great! I have asked other auctions a question on something and NEVER got any kind of response. With Mynt it’s a whole different story. These people are on top of it. You ask a question, you WILL get a response. It may not be right that second, but it’s fairly fast and always accurate. Like I said I am new to this auction stuff but the Mynt Auction team is by a long ways the best I’ve dealt with!!!
