Auction was March 23rd. I paid in full plus shipping and all fees March 25th. There was a note that shipping would be 1-4 weeks. I've had multiple emails back and forth with Morgan Auctions and they said they would ship and provide tracking numbers within a few days. I've yet to receive my item after 6 weeks and have not received a communication from the company on the status of shipping. Buyer beware. In addition to these comments I found their shipping charge much higher than other auction houses.

They have many one star ratings for the fact that they don’t ship your item. When you call they make up stories. I won and paid for my item in March it is now May … a tiny photograph that was meant to ship from NJ to NY is now (apparently) coming from AZ at an exorbitant cost! I’ve asked for a refund and to cancel the item and they have ignored me.

The item was paid for the day of the auction. Between fees and shipping costs the cost of the item doubled by the time I paid the invoice. I guess I should have known that. Then what happened-nothing. So I contacted Morgan and asked if I could simply pick up the item since they aren't that far from me. I was told I could-and then I was told I couldn't since the item "was in a different place..." but they promised to send me a tracking number the next day. That was 3.5 weeks ago. All I've received from them were messages that they were shipping immediately and I'd receive a tracking number the next day. I got this story 4 times-I never received a tracking number. They have stopped communicating-and they have my money and I do not have the item I won. I think that might be called fraud or theft-but I'll be checking with the local police department about that. Avoid these people! Bidding and paying and never receiving an item isn't how it's supposed to go, and so far-reaching out to Liveauctioneers has only resulted in them getting a promise of a tracking number the next day-which they never received.

In my experience, Morgan Auctions is a highly unprofessional and unethical operation. After quoting me over $50 to ship an 8x11 unframed photograph — which I promptly paid — they took nearly a month to ship it, despite repeated queries. They then offered me a $20 refund in exchange for posting a 5-star review on Live Auctioneers (which, clearly, I refused to do). Incidentally, they shipped the photograph pressed between two pieces of (acid-rich) cardboard, which were then wrapped in plastic wrap. Their communication throughout was at best unhelpful and at worst dishonest. Avoid at all costs.

International Shipping would be better organized when using a different carrier

I ordered a print well over a month ago from Morgan Auctions, and despite numerous emails and calls to them, in addition to an online payment, I have not received it. they’ve given me several timelines for shipping and each has not been met. DO NOT order from this auction house. It should be removed from this platform.

Morgan Auctions made contact with me with apologies for any performance issues that I had & offered a full refund once I returned the auction item. This has restored my faith in really great auction houses out there that still place the bidders/customers first without having to involve Liveauctioneers or legal.

The two art prints arrived 4 weeks after the auction day and arrived intact, yet shipping materials looked subpar. After contacting MA, they have revamped their shipping and I am very appreciative of their customer service support. Thank you, MA.
