AMAZING Experience
From the moment I won the camera to the moment I received it, everything was so smooth. My package arrived safely despite of the snow/rain and it came on time! Items were as advertised.
Items were as advertised. One thing to remember when paying the shipping is that if S & H is already on the invoice, do not select shipping again. On my invoice it had S & H, but when I went to pay for it online it asked if I wanted it shipped by the auctioneer or did I want to arrange my own shipping. I selected ship by the auctioneer and was charged another fee in addition to what was on the invoice. I contacted Marek Roik about this and he said: "you didn’t have to select the LiveAuctioneers Shipping option, since I had already included my $14.99 shipping & handling." To correct the double charges he will "I’ll contact LiveAuctioneers to request a refund of my $14.99 fee and let their $25.27 label stand. Once they confirm, I’ll issue a $14.99 refund back to your credit card."
