All items won must be paid within 5 (5) days or a dispute will be filed and opened. 9. The purchase price payable by the buyer shall be the sum of the final bid plus a buyer's premium of 25%. 10. All items must be picked up, or have shipping arranged, within 8 days following the auction date. A storage fee of $25. Per lot per day applies on the 9th day. Elite Shopping.TV is not responsible for items left at the Studio for more than 8 days. After 8 days, all unclaimed lots may be re-listed for sale and any payment, is gratefully accepted as a tax-deductible donation to a charity of the Elite Shopping.TV's choice. 11. Purchases are subject to 6% Pennsylvania sales tax with the following exceptions: (a) Items shipped outside of PA by a trucking or shipping company are exempt from PA state taxes. We do have an in-house shipping department. We will pack and weigh sold items that are within normal shipping sizes. We are not equipped to assist with the pickup of items from our studio.
