Acceptable forms of payment are cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or wire transfers, payable in U.S. dollars. Invoice must be paid in full. Cowboy Joe's Antiques reserves the right to hold merchandise purchased until the funds have cleared. Shipping costs are buyers responsibility unless marked FREE shipping on the item. Items will be shipped within 7-10 business days after receipt of payment. Refunds will only be considered if contact with seller is made within 72 of receipt of merchandise and item is not as auctioned. If you have not contacted Cowboy Joe's Antiques to arrange payment within three days of the time the invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice. A premium equal to 20% of the final bid price will be applied to each lot sold, to be paid by the buyer as part of the purchase price. Overseas shipping and packaging will be added to invoice as required.
