Mr. Gremler was born in 1932, in Savannah and lived and worked there for most of his 88 years of life. He married the love of his life, Nancy Summerfield in 1950. He is a graduate of the Military School in Savannah, GA; Fordham University, NYC and University of Georgia Law School. He served in the U.S. Army, enlisted into the 165 Fighter Group of the GA-ANG.
