Prints & Multiples

The December 15 Prints & Multiples auction features a vibrant example from Frank Stella's technically groundbreaking Moby Dick (domes) series, an expressive pitcher by Pablo Picasso titled Visage au nez noir, and Dom Perignon Balloon Venus (Magenta), Jeff Koon's playful homage to Venus of Willendorf completed with Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2003. Early 20th century prints range from a session of Thomas Hart Benton's distinctive country scenes to iconic images of urban life from Martin Lewis and Edward Hopper, each showcasing these artists' mastery of light and shadow. We are pleased to present property from the Collections of James and Edythe Cloonan, Leonard and Joan Horvitz, and the Pamela K. Hull Trust, among others, as well as property sold to benefit student scholarships from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
