These Terms and Conditions defined by PAPPS FAMILY LIQUIDATION is an irrevocable contract between bidders, winning bidders and
PAPPS FAMILY LIQUIDATION. Bidders accept and hereby comply to be compelled by all TERMS AND CONDITIONS established by PAPPS FAMILY LIQUIDATION upon participating our auctions.
STRICTLY NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE AND NO CREDIT
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE STRICTLY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, NO EXCHANGE AND NO CREDIT. ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IT IS. IT IS THE BIDDERS' SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK VERACITY OF ITEMS PRIOR TO BIDDING.
IF IN SPECIAL CASES THAT WE WILL BE ACCEPTING RETURN, AUCTION HOUSE WILL BE DEDUCTING 40% RESTOCKING FEE. BOTH AUCTION PREMIUM AND SHIPPING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

BACKGROUND). WE WILL NOT BE SHIPPING OUT WINNING ITEM UNLESS WE RECEIVED THE ACTUAL PHYSICAL CHECK."
FOR GOLD AND SILVER COINS THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL 5% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
PAPPS FAMILY LIQUIDATION ships packages through USPS and FEDEX. Shipping fee depends on value of each package. All packages require signature. Shipping fee depends on the package value. Shipping fee is included in the invoice bidder's should be receiving after the auction. ALL INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES MAY BE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES. Bidders are responsible in paying these taxes.
All Ring Size must be received within 3 days of making payment.
If no ring size is received within the allowed time frame the ring will be sent as is.
Rings will Ship within 7 - 10 business days once size is received.
FOR RETURNED/UNCLAIMED PACKAGES:
FOR ANY RETURNED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES, RESHIPPING FEE WILL BE AT THE COST OF THE BIDDER AND IT WILL BE DOUBLED SINCE THE COURIER CHARGED THE AUCTION HOUSE ACCOUNT ONCE THE PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO US PLUS RESHIPPING PACKAGE BACK TO THE BIDDER.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE EMAILED THE BIDDER TRACKING NUMBER OF THEIR PACKAGE ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN SHIPPED. WE MAKE SURE THAT WE KEEP THE BIDDER AWARE OF THEIR PACKAGE SO THEY CAN TRACK THEM SO ONCE THE PACKAGE COMES BACK TO US BIDDER IS RESPONSIBLE IN PAYING THE RESHIPPING FEE TWICE.
Please note that we emailed the bidder tracking number of their package once the package has been shipped. We make sure that we make the bidder aware of their package so once the package comes back to us bidder is responsible in paying the reshipping fee twice.
TAXES
All winning bidders from California, each winning item is subject to additional 9% CA TAX.
