This includes any additional charges for packing and shipping. **The prevailing sales tax for the state where the successful bidder resides will be applied to all invoices for purchases made on the LiveAuctioneers.com website unless a resale tax form is completed and submitted to LiveAuctioneers.com before bidding in any auction. Sales tax will not be removed post-auction, without exception. **It is the buyer's responsibility to ASK ANY AND ALL questions they may have above and beyond the provided condition report. We are happy to supply any additional reports as needed to the best of our ability. However, those are solely our opinion ONLY, and not to be a basis for determining whether or not to bid. **INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS are ineligible to return items for ANY reason. **In the event you erroneously bid on an item, It shall be at the sole discretion of Magnum Auctions, LLC. if the bid shall stand or be removed. You agree you may be liable for the bid placed. **CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS FOR ANY REASON WILL NOT BE ALLOWED WITHOUT EXCEPTION. All items are sold as-is where-is. BY AGREEING TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND BIDDING IN OUR AUCTION, THIS CONSTITUTES YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THIS AND WILL NOT FILE FOR ANY REASON A CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACK. YOU ALSO AGREE by registering and bidding in any auction of Magnum Auctions, LLC that you may NOT initiate a credit card chargeback for your purchase, without exception. In the case you do file a credit card chargeback for your purchase from Magnum Auctions, LLC, you agree to cancel it AND you agree it shall be decided in favor of Magnum Auctions, LLC., and you agree to forfeit and relinquish any right to any arbitration against Magnum Auctions, LLC. for said chargeback. In addition, if you attempt to do a credit card chargeback, you will immediately be blocked and your account will be flagged as such on LiveAuctioneers.com website. **Photos are part of the description. Please use them as such. **No RETURNS OR REFUNDS ARE OFFERED unless considerably varying from any photos or descriptions. In addition we must also in writing have a signed release form RELEASING Magnum Auctions, LLC of all responsibility for the bidder?s items purchased. **ITEMS REMAINING AT MAGNUM AUCTIONS 15 DAYS after the date of invoicing for the packing and shipping will be subject to a 10.00 PER DAY, PER ITEM, storage fee. All storage fees must be paid in full before any item on the invoice will be released to the buyer or their representative. Any item remaining in storage after the 25th day following the date when the buyer completed payment for the item will be considered abandoned and forfeited by the buyer and will become the property of Magnum Auctions, LLC., without exception. **Magnum Auctions, LLC does not guarantee the authenticity or attribution of property listed in the catalog or online. Magnum Auctions, LLC makes no warranties, nor does the SELLER, as to the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, the correctness of the catalog, or any other description of the physical condition, size, quality, rarity, importance, provenance, literature, or historical relevance of any property. No oral or written statements made in the catalog, online listing, advertisement, flyer, announcement, social media, website, or elsewhere, or made by employees or auctioneer, shall be construed to be a warranty. MAGNUM AUCTIONS, LLC., and the SELLER make no representations and warranties, express or implied, as to whether the BUYER acquires any copyrights, including but not limited to, any reproduction or intellectual rights of any property. MAGNUM AUCTIONS, LLC., and the SELLER are not responsible for errors and/or omissions in the catalog, online listings, website, social media, or any other supplemental material, whether written or verbal. **THE TERMS in writing contained herein are subject to change without notice and the bidder agrees that the most recent published Terms of Sale as published or amended on the website at the beginning of the auction shall apply. **The terms and conditions of sale described herein shall be enforced in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of the State of Ohio. Any legal action regarding an item purchased will take place in Upper Sandusky, Ohio. If any part of the Terms and Conditions is found by any court to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that part shall be discounted, and the rest of the conditions shall continue to be valid to the fullest extent of the law. Bidding with Magnum Auctions constitutes an agreement by the bidder to be subject to jurisdiction in the state of Ohio.

Payment is due immediately following the auction once invoiced. If you have not contacted Magnum Auctions to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that the invoice is sent, you authorize LIVEAUCTIONEERS.COM to CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.

There will be no options for refunds of any type beyond 25 calendar days from the auction date. Paying late, and thus receiving items late, will not change the limitation on the dates above for refund consideration.

After the auction is completed, you will receive two invoices from noreply@liveauctioneers.com. One invoice per EACH DAY of AUCTION. If YOU INTEND TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS, Please contact us via email, info@magnumauctions.com, after the auction to arrange pickup. WE OFFER TWO DAYS FOR PICK UP. Please email us at info@magnumauctions.com for information regarding those dates and times. Generally, they are the FIRST Saturday after the auction, and the SECOND Wednesday following the auction. If for any reason you cannot make those two days for pick up, please contact us to schedule a time at our discretion. WE PACK ALL ITEMS IN HOUSE, so respectfully, do not call the day after the auction and ask questions regarding this. WE WILL PACK all items from both days of the auction and you will receive ONE invoice for the FIRST DAY only, FOR ALL ITEMS FROM BOTH DAYS. WE BOX INVOICES in the order of receipt of payment. A SECOND INVOICE WILL BE SENT to your email registered with Live Auctioneers and a BALANCE DUE will show under your WON items in your ACCOUNT tab. This second invoice is for the packing, shipping, and insurance charges due. ONCE YOU PAY THE SECOND INVOICE, your items will be scheduled for shipping and you will receive an email with the tracking from the courier.
