If we note restoration, repair, damage, or defect to a piece, We try to picture damage in the online listings. If there is a problem concerning condition the buyer must notify us immediately. The highest bidder shall be the buyer and if any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer shall decide the buyer or immediately put the item up for sale again. Some lots are offered subject to reserve, which is a confidential minimum price below which such a lot will not be sold. The record of sale, kept by the auctioneer and clerk, will be taken as absolute and final in all disputes. BUYER'S PREMIUM: A buyer's premium of 23% of the hammer price shall be added to each purchase to reach the total sales price. The total sales price is subject to applicable sales tax. Complete payment is required in cash, acceptable check, travelers checks Visa/Mastercard, American Express, Paypal within in 7 days of the sale date. REMOVAL: Items purchased may be removed once payment is made. SHIPPING: Items may be picked up at our location within 7 days of the completion of our sale. Items not picked up ( by November 3, 2015) will be transferred to our warehouse at the risk of the buyer. Shipping quotes are still available within the Continental US excluding Alaska and Hawaii. with all shipping options including: FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, Freight and Courier Delivery. Shipping quotes DO NOT include special packing requests or insurance. For multiple purchases shipping will be combined shipping quote. Beginning 1 week from the time of drop off at our warehouse, there will be a storage rate of $10 per invoice per day. Buyer will deal directly with G.
