Before any purchases are allowed to be removed, full payment must be made in cash, cashier check, wire transfer, credit card or other means as announced by the auctioneer before the sale. It is our policy to protect the identity of any and all bidders and Consignors at our sales, whether the bidder or Consignor is present or has left an execution (absentee) bid with the Antiques Auctions Plus. 12. A 18% buyer's premium will be added to the sale of each lot, plus applicable taxes, unless exempt by law. A 5% credit card processing fee will be required for all credit card transactions. Auctions Online LLC. does not currently accept PayPal. A credit card authorization form must be completely filled out and signed by the card holder for all credit card transactions. To assist with eliminating fraud, we ask all customers to provide a copy of the front of the credit card. 13. Auctions Online LLC. is not liable for malfunctions, errors or omissions (hardware, software, electronic, human or otherwise) whether or not due to Auctions Online LLC. fault or negligence, resulting in the inaccurate transmittal of bids, the failure to execute bids or any other irregularity. 14. Use of LiveAuctioneers.com allows bidders to enter bids "live," that is, as property is offered for sale, just as if the bidder is present at the sale. 15. Bidders must register with LiveAuctioneers.com to participate in online bidding. 16. You hereby authorize Auctions Online LLC. to verify the information you have provided with the appropriate third parties. 17. Auctions Online LLC. Terms & Conditions define and control the relationship with our clients, despite the bidding venue or method the bidder employs. The shipper will then contact buyer to make arrangements to ship, and buyer will pay shipper directly for any and all shipping costs. Auction house will not invoice or accept payment for shipping charges under any circumstances. Once items have been delivered to the shipper, auction house is released of any and all responsibility and liability for those items. Buyer must allow 2 to 6 weeks for delivery of their merchandise from the date of payment to the auction house, provided buyer completes payment to shipper within 5 days of shipper?s receipt of merchandise. Auction house will not be responsible for delayed receipt of items that are a result of arrangements or negotiations with shipper.
