Orange and black eye with gold painted body and tail. Measures 8" long.

New England, 2nd quarter-20th century. Inlet pegged head and worn original black paint on top. Underside has added white paint. Age splits. 5.5"h. 10.25"l.

Mallard drake, Charles Perdew, Henry, Illinois, 2nd quarter 20th century. Hollow carved with relief wingtips. Comb feather paint detail on body. Retains the original Perdew weight. Measures 15.5" long

Inset glass or plastic eyes. Copper dorsal fin and adipose fin. Others appear to be steel. Carved mouth and gill with red paint accent in groove. A very light wash of silver along belly. Fish appears

Hollow carved with thin bottom board and tin rigging holder.  Retains the original lead line tie weight. Gouge feather carving. Measures 14.25" long.

Fine feather rasping. Identified and numbered 14 on the underside. Also with maker's initials. Measures 3.5" long, stands 2.5" tall including base.

Rare pair of greenwing teal, Dr. Edgar Burke, Ocracoke, North Carolina, 2nd quarter 20th century. Cork body decoys with quarter inch bottom boards, with maker's name on the underside. Measure 11.5" lo

Relief wingtip carving and fine feather rasping. Identified, numbered 1, and dated 1947 on the underside. Also with maker's initials. Measures 3.5" long, stands 2.25" tall including base.

Hollow carved with relief wing and incised feather carving. Feather rasping detail typical of the carver. Measure 16.25" long.

Incised wing feather detail. Also with Schmidt's feather stamping on much of the bird. Keel was removed at some point. Mesures 17" long.
