Description: A large and interesting fountain pen created by OMAS as a tribute to Michelangelo. The cap is crafted of Carrara marble; the captop and sculptural barrel are crafted of silver (not hallmarked but believed to be sterling). Piston-filler. 18K gold nib, size not marked, appears medium. With display box and pen sleeve. This pen has become very difficult to find, and this example is marked by the manufacturer as a prototype, making it a uniquely compelling instrument. Limited Edition: Base of pen engraved "000/400 Proto."***********************
