Pair of Chinese Qing Dynasty Yongzheng Yellow Glazed Porcelain Bowls. The Bowls has a shallow body, slight deep, thick and bulbous body, with angled cavetto elevated the steep sides upward the flaring mouth rim, raised on a small round, with slight concave footing. Warm and uniform yellow glaze applied to the surface, only the outer bottom is white glazed. Yellow is an imperial color in Chinese Dynasty color symbolism, representing power, royalty, prosperity and the earth in traditional Chinese culture.The Under base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark, enclosed within ring lines. Made in The Years YongZheng Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
