(1911 - 1967) Dallas nightclub owner who shot and killed Lee Harvey Oswald following Oswald's assassination of President John F. Kennedy on November 22, 1963. Partly-printed D.S. 1p. oblong 8vo., Dallas, Oct. 31, 1953, a check drawn on the Mercantile National Bank at Dallas, made out to the Times Herald newspaper in another hand and signed by Ruby at conclusion. Punch cancels clear of signature, very good.
