A shako for Mecklenburg Jaeger Battalion 14 Landwehr OfficersBlack felt covered body with black leather front and rear visors; gold front plate of Mecklenburg star with silver Landwehr cross, attached by two screw posts and nuts; silver bullion officer Mecklenburg field badge backed with black velvet; gold flat chin scales with rosette side posts.
