Vintage 14kt Birthstone Charm Necklace - Mother's Day and for Grandmother's. This is 1mm twisted chain with a plunge clasp, It is 18mm long. Weight is 3.51 grams. The charms are four girls: January, garnet colored; June, Tanzanite colored, Aquamarine for March and February Amethyst. The boy is the fourth charm in and he is Peridot colored for August. Each charm is about 3/4" long and just under 1/2" wide for the girls and about 1/3" for the boy. They have dangle beaded arms and legs. There are five 3.8mm gold beads on the necklace as well. Age is appx. 1980's-1990's. It is signed 14kt on the rectangular box clasp - thin with a plunge clasp and also with a pictograph of what looks like a crown. The charms are signed 14kt and BIM. I've seen the 14kt gold charms sell for $40.00 to $49.95 new. I'm starting them in auction at a very reasonable price. I purchased quite a few things at a recent auction and want to move them so this is being offered at auction first at a reasonable starting price.
